We are a digital agency built on the belief that imagination pairs well with a tall glass of determination and a medium-rare rib eye.
There’s a feeling we share at RFTB that drives us to grab hold of the unattainable; it’s a defiance against complacency, an inability to let things slide. It’s an obligation we feel to test the limits and a genuine thrill of unearthing the impossible that unites us and forces our creative hand.
Strategy, design, copy, websites and entire brands are forged through our collective efforts. From a power of will and a hunger for innovation, we create.
We’ve never been good at staying put. We fidget and itch to get out of our seat because we don’t sit still; we keep moving, we keep innovating. We see great work as a starting point, not an end. We look forward, because the world isn’t stopping, and neither are we.

Digital Director
Douglas’s appetite to create drives RFTB forward. He is constantly reaching for the next opportunity. Unable to turn his mind off, Douglas chalks it up to an innate sense of self-determination that resides in the Texan soil. He is encouraged by the flicker of an idea, and has to see it through to the end.

Forward is the only direction David knows. Eagerly pouncing on each new opportunity, he takes seriously the pledge we hold to never stay stagnant. With eyes bigger than his stomach, he somehow leaves each project with an empty plate. Managing, writing, or online marketing, he finds his footing and runs with it. Never satisfied, a genuine passion for the little victories pacifies David’s hunger for greatness.

Sarah always has her hands full. And that’s the way she likes it. With a rope in one hand and the reins in the other, she keeps us just inside the lines of sanity. The right side of our brain, she wrangles disorganization into a flawless process of strategy and precision. Our Mary Poppins of marketing with a spoon full of spreadsheets and a hand in every part of the process, there is little that falls outside of her skillset.
