When RFTB connected with the marketing team at Granite, it was clear an exciting partnership was in store. Granite challenged RFTB to push the limits of their digital presence, and their team’s enthusiasm and collaboration fueled RFTB’s commitment to creating something truly exceptional.
Granite gave us the creative freedom to showcase their flagship property, Granite Park, in a way that highlighted both their impressive portfolio and the people behind the brand. Using drone footage and custom photography, RFTB captured the essence of their spaces, translating it into a sleek and functional WordPress site. The new platform features an interactive map with real-time property availability, integrated social media feeds, and tools like an interactive timeline and a searchable employee database to keep the human element front and center.
RFTB partnered with Granite Properties to design and develop the previous website. The website design refresh was inspired by a branding exercise featuring the culture created by Granite. RFTB also utilized the design refresh to streamline the user experience and functionality on the site.
The culture at Granite Properties creates a unique work experience designed to allow people to flourish. This was an important element when redesigning the website. RFTB utilized high-quality photos and videos to showcase the Granite culture throughout the new website.
The Granite Properties website needed to showcase property information in an updated, minimal style that also translated well on mobile devices. The design refresh allowed RFTB to create a more intuitive user experience regardless of device.
