A MEMBER-FIRST DIGITAL EXPERIENCE
Homebound Insurance Exchange is a member-focused
reciprocal insurance exchange, harnessing the
collective strength of their policyholders to offer
tailored protection and shared benefits. Founded in
2024, Homebound came to RFTB for an online presence
that reflected their community-driven approach to
personal property insurance.
RFTB designed and developed a clean, intuitive
WordPress website that puts policyholders, not
products, at the center of the experience. Through
thoughtful use of imagery and video, the site
highlights real moments of family life and
reinforces what Homebound exists to protect: the
sense of security, belonging, and investment people
place in their homes.
